SEND Haven Farm is on a mission to create a purpose-built therapeutic farm for children and young adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. We're doing this in four phases — and every bit of support helps.

Current Phase
Create CIC and Find Land
Target: £50,000
Establish SEND Haven Farm as a Community Interest Company and secure suitable land in the Bedfordshire/Buckinghamshire area. This covers legal fees, land surveys, and initial lease or purchase costs.

Prepare the Land
Target: £10,000
Make the land safe and accessible — fencing, pathways, drainage, and basic infrastructure. Everything designed with sensory needs in mind from day one.

Establish the Farm
Target: £20,000
Build purpose-designed buildings: a sensory barn, animal shelters, a quiet room, accessible toilets, and a small kitchen. Acquire our first animals and create the therapeutic spaces.

Launch Free SEND Sessions
Target: £5,000
Open our doors and deliver free therapeutic sessions for Local Authorities, schools, and charities, to prove compliance with relevant frameworks. We will train volunteers and develop therapy sessions with our partners.

Business as Usual
Ongoing annual target: £7,500
Regular, paid SEND sessions for local authorities, schools, charities and parents or carers of children and young adults.
